Who operates this site

Veran Finance is operated by Manel Vadillo, an individual resident of Andorra. You can reach us at contact@veranfinance.com for any question about this policy or your information.

Information we collect

You don't need an account to read this site. We may collect:

• Log data automatically collected by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
• Information you provide directly, such as your email address if you contact us.
• Aggregated, anonymous analytics data, described below.
• Information collected through advertising cookies, once advertising is active on this site — described below.

Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site. It does not use cookies: visitors are identified by an anonymous hash generated from the incoming request, that hash is discarded after 24 hours, and the data we can see is aggregated — Vercel's own privacy documentation states it does not collect information that could reconstruct an individual visitor's browsing session or personally identify them, per Vercel's Privacy and Compliance documentation. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool that sets tracking cookies.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not currently run any advertising. Once we're approved for Google AdSense, this site will display ads served by Google and its advertising partners, and those networks will use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on your prior visits to this or other websites. When that happens, you'll be able to opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info, and we'll update this section to reflect what's actually running. You can also block or delete cookies generally through your browser settings at any time.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including via a browser-based Global Privacy Control signal), the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights, per the California Attorney General's CCPA guidance.

We don't sell your personal information. Once advertising is active on this site, the cookie-based ad targeting described above may count as "sharing" under the CCPA's definition of cross-context behavioral advertising — the opt-out links in that section apply here too. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — in particular once advertising is actually active on this site. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
